Clinical Research and Regulatory Specialist | MedTech

Role Summary

We are looking for a motivated junior professional who wants to develop their career in the MedTech and IVD sector.

As a Clinical Research and Regulatory Specialist, you will support clinical research activities, scientific and medical writing, and the creation of documentation essential to product validation and regulatory pathways.

You will work closely with senior experts and multidisciplinary teams, gaining hands-on experience with clinical investigations, performance studies (ISO 14155 and ISO 20916), technical documentation, and clinical evidence development.

Adecuado for candidates with 0.5–2 years of experience in MedTech, IVD, clinical research or R&D; — or strong scientific backgrounds eager to enter the industry.

Responsibilities

You will:

• Support the preparation and execution of Clinical Investigations and Performance Studies

• Assist in developing study documentation (protocols, CRFs, ICFs)





• Collaborate with study sites and internal teams following ISO 14155 and ISO 20916 standards

• Handle study documentation and communication with investigators

• Assist with monitoring‑support activities and data‑related tasks

• Contribute to scientific and medical writing, including study summaries and evidence-based content

• Support literature reviews, background research, and documentation preparation

• Assist in drafting components of clinical evidence documentation under supervision

• Help coordinate project activities, timelines, and communication

You will receive structured onboarding, mentoring, and progressive responsibility.

You are not expected to know everything on day one — you will learn with us.

Requirements (Must‑Have)

• Based in Spain or eligible for a Spanish employment contract

• 0.5–2 years of experience in MedTech, IVD, clinical research, or R&D;

• Strong interest in MedTech, IVDs, clinical research, and sci
