What you would do as our Administrative Manager
Reporting to the Regional Business Controller, as an Administrative Manager, you'll lead the administrative, legal and financial management of the organization, ensuring regulatory compliance, efficiency in processes and financial soundness in both Spain and Portugal of the company Cemoel S.L.
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing general accounting for both company codes, managing monthly balance reconciliations, coordinating monthly and annual closings, preparing balance sheets and income statements, supervising the full AP/AR cycle, managing treasury with accurate cash-flow forecasting, and controlling and recording fixed assets while keeping systems updated.
- Managing the opening and maintenance of bank accounts, handling guarantees and leasing contracts,



maintaining required approvals to operate with clients and official bodies, and preparing periodic reports on sales, EBIT, and project/customer cost control, along with any additional reporting required by management or the group.
- Coordinating the filing and settlement of taxes in Spain and Portugal, meeting public authority requirements, consolidating financial information for group companies, preparing consolidated statements, and ensuring compliance with group policies and internal control procedures such as monthly financial reporting, balance sheet reconciliation, and reporting in Blika.
- Ensuring regulatory compliance in commercial and data protection matters by reviewing contracts and legal documentation, maintaining ISO certifications (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, etc.), updating procedures, managing KPIs, and guaranteeing alignment with administrative, legal, and financial area needs.
