Smyth & Co. is seeking an Operations Manager for an exciting luxury resort opening in Marbella. You will oversee the launch and ongoing operation of two distinct restaurant concepts within the resort, with future venues planned to open next year.
You will lead the opening process, build and develop the teams, establish operational standards and ensure exceptional guest experiences from day one. Fluency in English is essential; Spanish is highly advantageous.
