This is a dual-agency Office Manager and Executive Support role based in Sydney,



sitting primarily within Wavemaker with a secondary focus on EssenceMediacom. Reporting into the Wavemaker CEO, this position provides direct operational and administrative support to the leadership team while also ensuring the Sydney EssenceMediacom office runs smoothly day to day. The role plays a meaningful part in shaping the experience of two busy agency teams, from seamless executive support and premium client moments through to a genuinely thriving office culture. Success looks like a well-run office, a well-supported leadership team, and two agency teams that feel the difference of having someone truly invested in making things work.
- Provides direct support to the Wavemaker CEO across calendar management, travel bookings, expense reconciliation and meeting logistics
- Acts as the primary on-the-ground contact for Sydney client meetings across both agencies, coordinating room bookings, catering, technology setup and client gifting
