As a Customer Service Coordinator at our Customer Support Centre in Dandenong, you'll become part of a supportive team that keeps our operations running smoothly.

This office-based role combines customer service, administration and operational coordination, with a strong focus on supporting customers and internal stakeholders over the phone and via email.

You'll enjoy variety in your role including:
- Reviewing and processing applications and customer requests
- Supporting allocation activities, including coordinating equipment, kit requirements and compliance checks
- Providing support to internal and external customers via phone and email, with no face-to-face customer interaction
- Managing enquiries and coordinating customer outcomes across multiple communication channels
- Working across multiple systems to maintain accurate records, documentation and compliance information




- Prioritising competing tasks and managing multiple workflows throughout the day
- Collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders across the business to deliver positive customer outcomes

What you’ll bring to the role
- Experience in customer service, administration, coordination, contact centre or a similar office-based role
