This position oversees the governance of their assigned product domain and leads a team of Business Product Owners, fostering a culture of excellence in product management. The Head of Business Product Owners acts as a key bridge between senior stakeholders and the execution teams, ensuring that the entire product lifecycle meets high standards of quality and business impact.
This role is also responsible for ensuring that product decisions are driven by customer value, business impact, and long-term strategic alignment.
