About the role
This is a Renrui Group employment role supporting the Group's integral HR services expansion in the Spanish market, with a primary focus on HR operations for a blue-collar, frontline workforce — specifically autonomous-driving (AV) test safety officers. The HR Manager will be responsible for Spain HR operations, local compliance, hands-on payroll operation (including direct use of Spanish payroll systems) and Social Security coordination, and day-to-day management of frontline employees, working closely with China HQ and cross-border business teams. The role does not carry standalone sourcing, screening, interviewing, or recruitment-delivery responsibility. What you'll do
