WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? ✍️ * 3+ years of experience in Change Management, Project Management or Transformation initiatives, ideally within complex international organisations. * Proven experience leading change management activities for Procure-to-Pay (P2P) implementations or similar business transformation programmes. * Strong understanding of P2P processes, particularly across procurement, invoicing and supplier management. * Experience working with global and local stakeholders across different functions and countries. * Strong project management and coordination skills,



with the ability to track deliverables, actions, milestones and deadlines. * Experience managing change activities across multiple countries and locations. * Hands-on experience identifying resistance to change at an early stage and proactively addressing issues and challenges. * Proven experience contributing to or leading a change programme within a project environment. * Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior management and local business teams. * Excellent documentation, reporting and organisational skills. * Strong verbal and written communication skills, particularly for adapting training and communication materials to different audiences. * Ability to work with a high degree of independence, ownership and proactivity. * Previous experience with Coupa, SAP or PeopleSoft is considered a plus. * Familiarity with Agile methodology and Agile mindset is a plus. * Fluent Eng
