About The Role
As a
Concierge
, you will be an essential part of the guest experience at Grand Hyatt Barcelona, delivering personalized luxury service and creating memorable moments throughout the stay. You will warmly welcome guests, assist with curated recommendations,



and provide expert support to ensure a seamless and exceptional experience from arrival to departure.

This is an operational position with a rotating schedule, including shifts, weekends, and public holidays according to hotel operational needs. You will work closely with Front Office, Bell Attendants, Guest Relations, Housekeeping, and Food & Beverage teams to ensure an exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests with a warm, professional demeanor, assisting them with personalized recommendations and fulfilling requests with care and efficiency.
- Assist with arranging dining reservations, spa appointments, entertainment bookings, and special guest requests such as floral arrangements or gift deliveries.
