We are looking for a
German-speaking Account Executive
to join a fast-growing international sales team in
Madrid, Spain
. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially driven professional with experience in
sales, business development, outbound prospecting, inside sales, or account management
to work with clients in the German-speaking market.

About The Role
As a
German-Speaking Account Executive
, you will be responsible for driving new business growth across the German-speaking market. You will manage the complete sales cycle, engage potential customers through outbound prospecting, and convert qualified leads into paying subscribers.

You will work in a dynamic international environment where performance, commercial mindset, and strong communication skills are key to success.

Please note: Candidates must currently reside in Spain and have the legal right to work in Spain. Relocation support is not provided.
What You'll Do
- Manage the full B2B sales cycle from first contact to closing




- Prospect and engage potential clients in the German-speaking market
- Conduct outbound calls and manage a high volume of sales activity
- Make approximately 80–100 calls per day
- Conduct client meetings and product demonstrations
- Manage free trials and guide prospects through the buying process
- Convert trials into paid subscriptions
- Generate new Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR)
- Work with system-assigned leads and maintain consistent follow-up
- Achieve sales KPIs related to calls, demos, conversions, and revenue
- Successfully close new business opportunities
- Hand over new customers to the Customer Experience team after subscription activation

What You Bring
- Native-level or bilingual proficiency in German
- Strong professional communication skills in English
- Currently living in Spain
- Legal right to work in Spain
- 1–6 years of experience in a commercial or customer-faci
