Your Mission

We are looking for an experienced
Structuring & Execution Manager
to join our
Investments
team. In this role, you will lead the evaluation and execution of investment opportunities, working across multidisciplinary teams and external advisors to deliver high-quality transactions from origination through to closing and integration.





This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with a strong background in
M&A;, investment banking or corporate finance
who are looking to take ownership of complex transactions in an international environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the detailed assessment of investment opportunities, including financial, commercial, technical, regulatory and strategic analysis.
- Build and present robust investment cases, supporting decision-making through clear financial and strategic rationale.
- Coordinate end-to-end due diligence processes, working closely with internal teams (Finance, Technical, Legal, Tax and Development) as well as external advisors.
- Prepare high-quality materials and recommendations for the Investment Committee.
- Support and coordinate negotiations with sellers alongside legal and financial advisors, ensuring transaction terms align with the company's investment strategy.
