As a Senior Manager, Financial Compliance in Barcelona, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and strengthening Arxada’s integral control environment. Reporting directly to the Head of Internal Audit,



this newly elevated role has been created as part of the transformation of the Internal Audit & Controls function, offering a unique opportunity to build and enhance the company’s approach to Internal Controls over Financial Reporting (ICFR) and Delegation of Authority (DoA) assurance.

This is a highly visible role that combines technical expertise, strategic thinking, stakeholder engagement, and the application of AI-enabled solutions to strengthen the effectiveness, efficiency, and scalability of financial compliance and control activities.
