Quality & Environmental Manager (Project)

Role Summary
The Quality & Environmental Manager is responsible for leading and delivering all Quality and Environmental (Q&E;) activities within assigned projects. As a core member of the Project Team, the role ensures compliance with contractual, regulatory and internal requirements while driving a culture of continuous improvement and sustainability.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the single point of contact for all Quality and Environmental matters within the project.
Lead the implementation and maintenance of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 management systems.
Ensure compliance with customer, contractual and applicable regulatory requirements.
Develop, implement and monitor Project Quality and Environmental Plans, including KPIs.
Coordinate Q&E; activities across all project phases (engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning).
Identify, assess and manage risks, non‑conformities and environmental impacts.
Plan, conduct and support internal and external audits and certification processes.
Drive continuous improvement, lessons learned and best‑practice sharing.
Manage interfaces with clients, suppliers, subcontractors and authorities.
Monitor, consolidate and report Q&E; performance.
Lead investigations and ensure implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
Team & Interface Management
The role is accountable for the coordination and functional leadership of site‑based Quality and Environmental personnel, including contractors. It ensures alignment between project execution and corporate Q&E; standards, providing guidance, supervision and technical support to site teams.
Qualifications & Experience
University degree in Engineering, Environmental Sciences or a related discipline.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Quality and Environmental roles within project environments.
Solid knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards.
Experience in industrial, energy or construction projects is preferred.
