As Head of DevOps & QA, youll have the opportunity to shape how software is built, tested, deployed, and operated across a large-scale international environment. This is a strategic leadership role with responsibility for driving automation, quality, platform engineering, and engineering excellence. Joining at the start of the Barcelona journey, youll play a key role in building teams, establishing best practices, and creating a culture focused on innovation, reliability, and continuous improvement. What Youll Do * Lead the DevOps and QA strategy across multiple engineering teams. * Drive CI/CD, test automation, platform engineering, and cloud adoption. * Improve software quality, reliability, security, and delivery performance. * Build and mentor high-performing DevOps and QA teams.



* Partner with Engineering, Product, and Technology leaders to drive transformation. * Champion AI-enabled engineering practices and modern ways of working. What Were Looking For * Experience leading DevOps, Platform Engineering, SRE, or QA functions. * Strong background in cloud technologies and modern software delivery. * Proven ability to scale teams, processes, and engineering capabilities. * Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills. * Passion for automation, quality, and engineering excellence.
