What will you do?Handle incoming calls from bank customers.
Manage inquiries related to bank services.
Provide support regarding cards, ATMs...
Assist senior customers with their questions.
Deliver high-quality customer service.
Record and update customer interactions accurately.

On-site training from 14/09 to 30/09
Salary according to the Spanish Minimum Wage (SMI).
100% remote work after the adaptation period (approximately 3 months).
