We are more than a job for employees. Job Summary: A Maintenance Technician I oversees the day-to-day custodial duties of an assigned Community. The Maintenance Technician may support in maintaining both indoors and outdoors. Flexibility to adapt to unplanned events, while remaining resourceful and efficient is imperative. Works in coordination with the Property Management team to ensure the maintenance teams deliver safe,



appropriate and sanitary housing to all our residents Key Responsibilities Contribute to caring and positive working and living environments for all employees and residents Assist in enforcing safety regulations by identifying and reporting and/or correcting safety hazards. Maintain common areas by vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, dusting, scrubbing, cleaning, waxing, replacing light bulbs, etc. Maintain sidewalks, walkways, outdoor areas, and garage/parking areas clean and free of debris Clean and resupply public and employee restrooms. Notify supervisor of items that need repair or replacement, and as required by supervisor, may also assist with routine maintenance work such as repair and replacement May be called upon by supervisor to assist with routine maintenance work repair/replacement as needed.
