Job Purpose
To support business growth by planning, coordinating and optimizing digital demand generation initiatives. The role is responsible for enabling customer engagement through digital campaigns, marketing automation and data-driven insights, helping convert digital interactions into qualified sales opportunities while continuously improving the digital customer journey.

Responsibilities




- Plan and coordinate digital demand generation campaigns across multiple channels, including email, web, social media, eCommerce and other digital platforms.
- Support the design and execution of customer journeys and marketing funnels to generate qualified leads.
- Segment target audiences and recommend the most effective digital approach for different customer profiles.
- Create and maintain landing pages, lead generation forms and digital campaign assets using marketing automation tools such as Marketo.
- Develop clear value propositions, storytelling and digital content to support business initiatives.
- Monitor campaign performance and analyse customer engagement to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Track lead generation activities and support Sales teams in following up digital opportunities.
- Build reports and dashboards to measure campaign performance and business impact.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Vendor Management and Business Unit
