We're looking for a
Senior Observability Engineer
to join a general team building a next-generation observability platform powered by
AI and Big Data
. The mission is to predict, prevent, and analyze complex disruptions across large-scale enterprise environments while delivering end-to-end visibility across applications, networks, and infrastructure.
You'll work closely with international teams across Europe, helping shape the future of observability through automation, advanced monitoring, and AI-driven operational insights.
What You'll Do
- Understand business and technical observability requirements from internal stakeholders.
- Manage and oversee external managed service providers and vendors.
- Take end-to-end ownership of the observability ecosystem, including:
- Infrastructure design
- Tool development and automation
- CI/CD deployments
- Operational monitoring
- Continuous improvement initiatives
- Work with technologies such as:
- Grafana
- Gigamon
- Traffic Broker
- Cisco
- ThousandEyes
- Zabbix
- ELK Stack
- Identify new ways to generate business value from monitoring and operational data.
- Drive AI adoption and automation within observability processes.
- Collaborate with globally distributed teams to improve visibility, reliability, and performance across enterprise environments.
