Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for operational excellence and customer satisfaction? We’re looking for an experienced Station Manager to oversee the daily operations of our car rental station, manage a high-performing team, and ensure a smooth and efficient customer experience. As a Station Manager I, you will join our Network & Stations team within the broader Operations function,



managing all aspects of a small or medium-sized car rental station. You will have full management authority, implementing strategy with an operational focus and achieving results through effective team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Management:
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring all processes run smoothly and efficiently.
- Manage the availability, maintenance, and condition of the vehicle fleet.
- Coordinate vehicle rentals, returns, and cleaning schedules for optimal efficiency.
- Customer Service:
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and managing complaints.
- Train and support staff in delivering excellent customer service at every interaction.
- Staff Management:
- Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate station staff, including rental agents and customer service representatives.
