Ensure consultants onboarding and integration

Manage consultants' career paths and satisfaction

Lead recruitment processes and ensure successful hiring

Plan project kickoffs and monitor progress

Ensure client satisfaction through regular contact and project follow-ups

Coordinate with Account Managers to support the business unit’s development

Monitor financial KPIs and track profitability of projects

Contribute to business growth through strategic planning and operational execution

Experience of 1-3 years with recruitment and onboarding processes

Experience with HR administrative tasks

Experience with team coordination and leadership





Experience with project monitoring and reporting

Experience with client relationship management

Academic background: Business or HR-related studies
