Role Description
The Head of PPC is a full-time,



remote role responsible for owning and scaling PaidSync.ai’s performance marketing strategy across all major paid media channels. This position leads the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel PPC campaigns for both PaidSync and key clients, ensuring strong ROI and sustainable growth. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing PPC roadmaps, conducting in-depth account audits, designing testing frameworks, and overseeing bid strategies, budget allocation, and audience targeting. The Head of PPC will collaborate closely with product, data, and customer success teams to refine AI-driven workflows, improve campaign automation, and translate performance insights into product enhancements. This role also involves mentoring a distributed team of PPC specialists, defining best practices, creating playbooks, and maintaining high standards in measurement, tracking, and reporting.
