How You Can Make an Impact Manage and coordinate a portfolio of digital procurement projects, including controlling, status monitoring, and risk assessment. modular project management framework. Implement new, innovative project management methods, tools, and delivery mechanisms to position the organization for the future and remain competitive. Ensure the holistic implementation and quality assurance of project standards (tools, methods, governance, workflows). Provide operational support in projects, such as reporting, SteerCo preparation, progress analysis, and structuring work packages. Conduct online and onsite workshops for structuring, planning, alignment, and acceleration of transformation initiatives. Analyze, plan, and accelerate new digital procurement projects and oversee their end-to-end implementation.
