JOB SUMMARY:

Super Micro Computer, Inc. is looking for a seasoned Sr. Facilities Manager to
manage the daily activities required to support office/manufacturing operations
and support buildings. As a senior member of our facilities team, you will be
focusing on providing site support to all facets of the site
facilities' requirements relating to building and equipment repair, preventive
maintenance, inspections, and various site activities as requested.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:





• Coordinate repair/routine maintenance on facilities and equipment including
but not limited to plumbing, electrical, HVAC, air compressors, Waste treatment,
janitorial activity, and tasks relating to the interior and exterior conditions
and appearance of the buildings

• Responsible for planning, budgeting, and scheduling facilities modifications.
This includes cost estimates, bid sheets, layouts, and contracts for
construction

• Manage facilities and equipment maintenance staff and ensure continuous
service

• Participate in the selection of contractors and sub-contractors, vendor
negotiation of service agreements and day-today monitoring of vendor performance
to assure full compliance with standards established within the service
agreement

• Coordinate all departmental safety activity, including training, assuring that
all environmental and safety requirements are attained
