- Provide oversight of IAG Cargo's global operations across IAG operating companies regarding regulatory requirements and IAG Cargo standards
- Develop and deliver a quality assurance programme
- Support the business in identifying and addressing non-compliance
- Work across a worldwide network of insourced and outsourced operations
- Design, implement, and manage group safety, security, and operations standards aligned with regulatory requirements
- Manage group approvals and licenses, ensuring required approvals are in place and complied with
- Oversee network performance through a quality assurance programme
- Provide regional support and advice on aviation security, health and safety, and quality management
- Develop and manage audit and inspection plans for the IAG Cargo network
- Ensure compliance with EASA OPS, other regulations, operating-company policies, and IAG Cargo standards
- Recommend corrective actions for shortfalls and monitor completion
- Investigate safety and security incidents as required
- Produce reports on findings, observations, and recommendations
- Support development, implementation, and maintenance of general technical standards
- Support obtaining and maintaining regulatory approvals
- Produce trend analysis, metrics, analytics, and reporting across operations

- Quality Auditor qualification preferable
- NEBOSH or equivalent qualification preferable
