About the Role

Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Television Producer to oversee the creation of engaging content for their broadcast and digital platforms in Queenstown . This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven ability to manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring high production values and adherence to deadlines. You will lead a creative team, manage budgets, and develop compelling narratives that resonate with our audience. We are looking for a highly organized and resourceful individual with a strong understanding of television production workflows and a passion for delivering quality programming.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop concepts for new television programs and segments, aligning with network strategy and audience demographics.
- Manage all aspects of pre-production, production, and post-production for assigned projects.
- Oversee budgets, schedules, and resource allocation to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Lead and motivate production teams, including directors, camera crews, editors, and on-air talent.
- Ensure content quality, accuracy,



and compliance with broadcast standards and regulations.
- Liaise with network executives, advertisers, and external partners as needed.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Media Studies, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in television production, with a strong portfolio of produced work.
- Proven experience in managing budgets and production schedules effectively.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Solid understanding of camera operation, lighting, sound, and editing techniques.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances in a live production environment.
