About the Role

Our client is looking for a strategic and relationship-oriented Partnerships Manager to drive community development initiatives in Queenstown . This role is key to identifying, cultivating, and managing partnerships with local organizations, businesses, and government bodies to expand our client's reach and impact. You will be responsible for forging mutually beneficial relationships that enhance our ability to serve the community and achieve our strategic goals. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled networker and collaborator to contribute significantly to positive social change in the Eastern Cape .

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and research potential strategic partners aligned with the organization's mission and objectives.
- Develop and implement strategies for cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with partners.
- Negotiate partnership agreements and Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs).
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful joint initiatives and programs.
- Represent the organization at community events, meetings,



and forums to build visibility and foster collaborations.
- Monitor the progress and effectiveness of partnerships, providing regular reports on outcomes.

Requirements

- Minimum of 4 years of experience in partnerships management , business development, or a related role, preferably in the non-profit sector.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinking and the ability to identify synergistic opportunities.
- Experience in project coordination and management is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
