The Capacity Lead is accountable for workforce execution, allocation discipline, and utilization governance across Production Management, Studio, and Content Solutions.
This leader oversees the regional Resource Management team and ensures talent is deployed in a way that protects delivery integrity, optimizes utilization, enforces internalization-first principles, and safeguards margin performance.
Operating within the enterprise Workforce Strategy model, this role serves as the real-time execution control layer across EMEA delivery.
The leader partners closely with Channel Leads, Capacity Planning, and regional leadership to ensure revenue ambition, delivery capacity, and cost structure remain aligned.
