The Role

Reporting to the Coordinator of Well-Being, you will:

- Lead a team delivering services that support community engagement
- Ensure services meet the needs of new policies and initiatives
- Support continued partnerships across community and aged care providers
- This is a locum assignment for approximatly 6 weeks with the potential to extend

About You

- Proven people leadership experience




- Experience in community development
- Background in aged care, community health or social services
- Strong stakeholder engagement and partnership skills
- Relevant tertiary qualification highly desirable
