We are looking for a

Delivery Manager

to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for supporting a learning content production process.
Project planning. Define project scope, milestones, and timelines to ensure timely delivery of content.
Expectation Management. Set realistic expectations for stakeholders regarding project timelines and deliverables, negotiating changes when necessary.
Task Tracking. Plan, assign, and track tasks across all contributors, ensuring alignment, timely execution, and clear communication between functional teams.
Assisting in Setting Up Processes.

Assess our current workflows with the Head of Curriculum Team, suggest improvements, and participate in establishing new processes. Guide the team through the change adoption.




Team Alignment. Conduct regular meetings to discuss progress, assign tasks, and address any issues that arise.
Risks Identification. Proactively identify potential risks to project timelines and quality, developing contingency plans to mitigate these risks.
Content Production Tools Ownership.

You will oversee all tools that we use in content production: assign and revoke licences, keep track on usage and tool plans updates, initiate new tools purchases when necessary.
Continuous Improvement and Automation of Processes. Gather feedback from team members and stakeholders to continuously improve and automate processes.
Key metrics, you’ll be responsible for:
Milestone adherence % (difference between planned vs presente dates of content releases);
Production resources utilization % (making sure, that team members load is optimal).
2-3 years of experience as a Project Manager, Delivery Manager, or P
