We are looking for an ambitious and proactive Junior Recruiter to join our fully remote, international team. This is an entry-level role where you will support the HR Team and Hiring Managers, primarily focusing on building and maintaining a talent pipeline for our fast-growing company.

What You'll Do





Working closely with the HR Team and Hiring Managers, you'll be an essential part of our global recruitment engine:

Own Full-Cycle Recruiting

- Sourcing: Run creative, targeted campaigns to find and engage passive candidates, primarily via LinkedIn and specialized platforms.
- Screening & Assessment: Review resumes and conduct structured video screens to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Hiring Manager Partnership: Understand role requirements and deliver shortlists with own assessment notes.
- Job Postings & ATS: Manage job postings across boards and keep our BambooHR pipeline clean, current, and visible to the team.

Drive Candidate Experience & Coordination

- Interview Scheduling: Coordinate international interviews across multiple time zones, keeping the process seamless and on time.
- Offer Support: Help prepare and extend offers, working with the HR Team on communication.
