The Mission:
We are looking for a high-impact senior individual contributor to architect and oversee our integral compensation, rewards, and performance ecosystems. In this role, you will be responsible for engineering a scalable, market-leading remuneration strategy that aligns talent incentives with our broader business objectives across all international territories.

The Role:
Global Rewards Philosophy

Orchestrate a comprehensive global rewards philosophy tailored to diverse employee groups and regional markets.

Maintain a competitive edge by leading continuous market intelligence projects, including salary surveys and peer benchmarking.

Build integrated pay structures, bonus models,



and incentive frameworks that drive organizational success.

Standardize international compensation protocols to ensure transparency, internal equity, and legal compliance.

Performance Architecture

Construct and refine evaluation frameworks that create a clear, data-backed link between individual contributions and financial rewards.

Act as a strategic partner to HRBPs and executive leadership to ensure performance standards are adopted and applied consistently.

Establish objective calibration methodologies and success metrics to guarantee fair and measurable talent assessments.

Infrastructural Execution

Develop the essential toolsets, documentation, and metrics required to run a world-class compensation and performance function.

Oversee and execute technical adjustments, annual merit reviews, and variable pay distributions.
