Who you are
- Speak, write, and read fluently in Spanish
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience managing third party resources on a regional/national scale
- Experience managing contingent workforce in a business with peak season
- Experience demonstrating strong analytical abilities and confidence in the use of data
- Experience in Operations, Last Mile or account or relationship management, in logistics, transportation, supply chain or distribution
- Experience with process improvements (Lean Six Sigma and/or Kaizen)
- Experience in written and oral communication, including the ability to communicate with all levels in the organization (technical, business, executive)
- Experience in problem solving and data analytics
- Experience project planning in ambiguous environment
- Proven experience of helping teams achieving goals
What the job involves
- This is a paternity cover from 15th October 2026 to the 31st July 2027
- The Delivery Partner Manager (DPM) is an equal parts advisor and operating partner to Delivery Service Partners (DSP’s) in Spain.
Amazon’s team of Delivery Partners assist and guide DSP business owners as they build and grow successful last mile package delivery businesses within Amazon Logistics (AMZL)
- The DPM will help kick start a net new business as well as being the reference for expected excellence our partners strive towards
- They will partner, guide and advise on how to improve the businesses. The DPM will work alongside regional On The Road (OTR) Managers in areas of dual purpose related to transition of responsibility of execution of planning and DSP capability
- The DPM facilitates value-creation opportunities and manages the DSP relationship across the entire lifecycle of the business, from company launch to business growth
- They focus on DSP sentiment, compliance, performance and reliable capacity. As trusted advisors, DPM work alongside DSPs to help solve their biggest challenges at a programmatic level; influence their business planning
