What to Expect
As an OLP Advisor, you will be part of Tesla's Ownership & Loyalty Program team, responsible for proactively engaging existing Tesla owners in Spain to drive vehicle renewals and incremental sales. You will manage a portfolio of Sales Orders across multiple campaign types, deliver an exceptional customer experience, and contribute to EMEA-wide OLP performance metrics.
What You'll Do
- Proactively contact existing Tesla owners via phone, email, and in-app messaging channels to initiate renewal conversations
- Manage and action OLP-related Sales Orders (TFS end-of-contract, anniversary campaigns, and manual renewal campaigns) in a timely manner
- Apply the REPEAT Framework to structure customer interactions and maximize conversion rates
- Handle customer objections with perseverance and professionalism, adapting to evolving market conditions and customer profiles
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and SO status in internal systems
- Collaborate with the broader EMEA OLP team, sharing best practices and contributing to bi-weekly operational reviews
- Meet and exceed individual productivity targets and contribute to team KPIs (influenced orders, conversion rate, customer satisfaction)
- Communicate in Spanish (and English where required) to deliver a localized, high-quality customer experience
