And your role in this?
As our
360° Recruitment Intern
, you will plunge straight into the heart of the action. Your main objective is to learn how to manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from scratch, while simultaneously dipping your toes into the world of international business development.
More specifically, you will:
- Own the hunt:
Source, screen,
and interview international candidates, learning how to spot top talent from a mile away.
- Master the pitch:
Build strong relationships with candidates, guiding them through the interview process with our clients.
- Plant the seeds:
Learn the first crucial steps of business development by conducting smart lead generation and prospect research to find our next big client partners.
- Keep it sharp:
Maintain accurate data in our systems because a clean database is a happy database.
