We’re looking for an experienced
Meta Ads Specialist
to help manage and scale paid advertising for a new DTC brand.

We regularly test new products and creatives, so we need someone who understands how to
launch campaigns, analyse early data, identify winning creatives/products, and scale campaigns profitably.
- Set up and manage Meta/Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns
- Launch structured tests for new ecommerce products
- Analyse campaign performance and make optimisation decisions
- Identify winning and losing creatives quickly
- Manage budgets and scaling
- Monitor CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPM, CPC and conversion performance
- Recommend when to kill, maintain or scale campaigns
- Work with us on new creative angles and testing ideas
- Help troubleshoot tracking or campaign setup issues
- Provide clear updates on performance and next steps

You should have
proven experience running Meta ads for ecommerce/DTC brands
.

Ideally, you've worked with stores spending anywhere from
$100–$1,000+ per day
and understand the difference between testing a new product and scaling an established winner.
