We are looking for a motivated and commercially minded young Sales Manager, with significant experience ion the flexible market, films, flexible pouches, to help expand our presence across Spain.

The role is focused on acquiring new customers through structured sales prospecting and direct, personal engagement.
The ideal candidate is skilled at identifying new opportunities, building rapport quickly, and turning initial conversations into concrete business opportunities.

While experience in the packaging sector is a must, we place greater value on your track record and sales achievements.

- In this role, you will be integrated on a multination group of Sales Manager in the UK and EU.




A consultative approach to selling is essential, as you will work closely with clients to deliver tailored packaging solutions that meet their needs.

The role is connected to our HQ based in Harrow, London – UK but the only focus will be on the Spanish and, eventually, Portuguese market.

- Lead contract discussions and negotiations
- Collaborate across departments to maximise sales opportunities
- Proven success in sales and business development, versátil packaging experience is a must
- Fluent in both Spanish and English
