This is a genuine blank canvas: the first dedicated European sales hire for a fast-scaling RegTech platform, with a real quota, real autonomy, and no ceiling on what you can earn. The role Territory covering France, Benelux, DACH and the Nordics A pure new-business, hunter role Year one is a ramp period, building to a £1m new-business quota in year two Pipeline is roughly 50% self-generated and 50% delivered via a dedicated outsourced SDR function Fully remote, joining an established sales team of six What they're looking for At least 3 years' quota-carrying sales experience, ideally selling into fintechs,
