A Day in the Life
As the Director Manufacturing MBS Europe you manage and direct the 10 APS Masterbatch manufacturing sites across Europe: 6 for Custom Performance Colour Masterbatch Astorp (S) Crumlin (UK), Gorla (I), Oudsbergen (BE), Oyonnax (F) and Plock (PL) and 4 for White,



Black, Additive and Breathable Masterbatches: Bornem (BE), Castellon (ES), Cerkeskoy (TR) and Givet (F), ensuring safe, environmentally responsible and cost-efficient operations in compliance with all applicable LyondellBasell policies and standards and local legal requirements.

You will be responsible for staffing and succession plans for the site and driving strategies and managing Capital Investments across the asset base. In addition you drive GoalZERO HSE performance, an important function is to champion APEX, VEP and GoalZero for Quality and to ensure Service Target Levels are achieved.
