Responsibilities
Design and build highly scalable, resilient, and secure microservices, as well as RESTful/GraphQL APIs
Integrate business databases, third-party services, and legacy platforms with advanced AI engines
Optimize backend service latency and resource allocation for real-time AI model hosting and inference
Implement enterprise-grade authentication, role-based access control (RBAC), and rate-limiting protocols
Establish and uphold coding standards, write comprehensive integration tests, and conduct code reviews
Partner with AI engineers to deploy model weights/microservices within unified Docker environments
Integrate applications with cloud-hosted services and APIs (AWS/Azure experience strongly preferred)
Required Skills & Experience
5–10 years of experience in backend/platform engineering
Strong proficiency with Node.js
Experience with Python is a plus
Expertise in building scalab
