We’re working with a new consultancy client with strong financial backing , launching an exciting new venture within the data centre / mission critical sector.

They’re building their project team in Spain and are looking for an experienced Electrical Lead to join them on the client side in Zaragoza .

⚡ THE ROLE

As Electrical Lead, you’ll provide technical leadership across the electrical scope, working client-side to ensure the project is delivered safely, efficiently and to the required technical standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the electrical scope from design through construction and commissioning

• Act as the client-side electrical technical lead

• Review electrical designs, specifications and technical documentation

• Coordinate with consultants, contractors and specialist suppliers

• Monitor installation quality and compliance with project requirements

• Review technical submissions, drawings and method statements

• Support procurement and technical evaluation of electrical packages

• Oversee electrical testing and commissioning activities





• Identify technical issues and drive them through to resolution

• Monitor progress against programme and project milestones

• Ensure electrical works comply with applicable standards and regulations

• Support project meetings and provide technical reporting to senior stakeholders

• Assist with final handover and close-out activities

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Strong electrical engineering / electrical project experience

• Experience working on large-scale construction projects

• Data centre / mission critical experience highly desirable

• Client-side, consultancy or technical advisory experience advantageous

• Strong understanding of electrical systems within complex facilities

• Ability to manage contractors and multiple stakeholders

• Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills
