SAP MM & Ariba Procurement Specialist

At Brain RPO, we are looking for a professional to join the Procurement team of one of our main clients in the automotive industry.

This position combines knowledge of Procurement processes with the use and evolution of SAP tools, mainly SAP MM and SAP Ariba. We are looking for someone with experience in Procurement and a good understanding of SAP, who is interested in contributing to the improvement and digital transformation of processes within an international industrial environment.

A deep technical or IT background is not required. Experience working with SAP from a Procurement perspective and having participated in process improvement, implementation or transformation projects will be highly valued.

What will you do?

- Contribute to the improvement and evolution of Procurement processes, particularly within Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Source-to-Pay (S2P).
- Act as a key link between the Procurement team and the teams responsible for business systems, translating business needs into system requirements and improvement opportunities.
- Work with SAP MM and SAP Ariba as the main tools supporting Procurement processes.
- Analyse existing processes, identify improvement opportunities and participate in the definition of new solutions.
- Participate in implementation, evolution and digital transformation projects related to Procurement and SAP systems.
- Support testing, solution validation and the implementation of new functionalities.
- Collaborate with international teams across Procurement, Finance, Operations and Technology.

What are we looking for?





- Professional experience in Procurement.
- Good knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP, particularly SAP MM.
- Experience or knowledge of SAP Ariba.
- Knowledge of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and/or Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes.
- Experience participating in process improvement, system implementation or digital transformation projects will be highly valued.
- Ability to understand business needs and translate them into system improvements and solutions.
- Previous experience in industrial environments, either within an end client or working with industrial clients from a consulting environment.
- High level of English, required to work with international teams and projects.
