Who are we looking for?

Are you passionate about creating memorable experiences for guests in a unique poolside setting? As a Pool Attendant, you will play a key role in maintaining a safe, clean, welcoming, and relaxing environment, ensuring our guests enjoy an exceptional experience throughout their stay.

If you enjoy working outdoors, have a positive attitude, are service-oriented, and love interacting with guests from different cultures in a luxury hospitality environment, we would love to meet you!

Your responsibilities will include…

- Ensuring the cleanliness, organisation, and overall maintenance of all poolside areas, in line with The Ritz-Carlton standards.
- Creating a welcoming, fun, and relaxing atmosphere for guests through a professional, friendly, and enthusiastic attitude.
- Monitoring activities within the recreational areas and responding appropriately to emergency situations in accordance with established procedures.
- Promoting and enforcing the rules and safety regulations of the recreational facilities.
- Identifying situations where guests may not be able to safely participate in activities and reporting concerns to the appropriate supervisor.
- Providing initial assistance to injured guests until emergency medical services arrive.
- Distributing, collecting, folding, and organising towels according to company standards and procedures.
- Maintaining recreational areas in a clean, orderly, and guest-ready condition at all times.
- Collaborating closely with other departments to ensure a seamless and memorable guest experience.
- Reporting any safety, maintenance, or operational issues within the assigned areas.
- Participating in all required safety training sessions and maintaining relevant certifications.
- Ensuring compliance with Marriott International and The Ritz-Carlton policies, procedures, and service standards.

What we are looking for in you…

- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience is not required; however, experience in customer service, recreation, leisure, hospitality,



or resort operations will be considered an asset.
- A genuine passion for guest service and creating exceptional experiences.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a positive and professional attitude.
- The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- A responsible, safety-conscious, and observant approach to work.
- CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) and First Aid certification, or the ability to obtain them.
- Additional certifications related to recreation, sports, fitness, or aquatic activities will be highly valued.
- Basic computer skills.
- Fluency in Spanish; English and additional languages will be considered an advantage.
- A valid work permit for Spain.
