We're looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to own our full paid acquisition strategy across our four core European markets: France, Spain, Italy and Portugal. This is a high-ownership, hands-on role — you'll be the expert executing directly in the platforms every day. You will be responsible for the full paid media cycle: from strategy and budget allocation to day-to-day execution, optimization, and reporting. The primary goal is generating qualified leads and pipeline for our sales team. You'll work closely with the sales team to close the loop on lead quality, and you'll be expected to think beyond campaign metrics and into business impact. Your missions Full ownership of paid acquisition across Google Search, Meta, and emerging channels (Reddit, Linked In, You Tube) — strategy, execution, optimization and budget allocation Define and manage CPL, MQL, SQL and demo conversion targets across markets and channels Build and iterate campaign architecture for B2 B Saa S lead gen — keyword strategy, audience segmentation, bid strategy, creative testing,
