Are you passionate about fine dining and delivering exceptional service? As a Runner at MB** by Martín Berasategui, you will become part of a professional team committed to excellence, helping create memorable dining experiences for our guests and customers.

We are looking for individuals with a genuine passion for hospitality, strong attention to detail, and a desire to develop professionally within the world of fine dining.

Your Responsibilities

- Support the restaurant team with the preparation and organization of service.
- Welcome and attend to guests and customers with courtesy, professionalism, and warmth.
- Prepare tables and service areas according to fine-dining standards.
- Assist the waiter/waitress throughout the service, ensuring that all necessary items are available at all times.
- Serve food and beverages according to established quality, presentation, and service standards.
- Assist with the delivery and presentation of dishes and ensure the smooth running of each course.
- Gradually develop knowledge of the restaurant's gastronomic offering, products, ingredients, and preparations.
- Support wine and beverage service under the supervision of the specialist team.
- Maintain effective communication with the kitchen, front-of-house team, and other departments to ensure a smooth service.
- Handle guest requests and special requirements with speed, discretion, and empathy.
- Maintain cleanliness, order, and organization in all work areas throughout the service.
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of the dining room.
- Anticipate guest needs and contribute to exceeding their expectations.
- Consistently follow The Ritz-Carlton Gold Standards and service standards.
