The position is accountable for the strategicoversight and operational delivery of the facilities services, includingmaintenance, reactive repairs, cleaning and workplace experience, ensuring theenvironment is safe, complaint and maintained to the highest standards.

The role requires strong leadership in driving serviceexcellence, operational efficiency and continuous improvement, while aligningthe facilities strategy with the wider business objectives. Building andmaintaining effective relationships with internal stakeholders, seniorleadership and external service partners is critical to success. You will workclosely with the Business partners and collaborate with regional and globalfacilities teams, ensuring alignment with corporate standards,



best practicesand consistency across locations.

? Key Responsibilities

Lead the Facility & Real Estate strategic overview for the Iberia & GMCI Clusters (Madrid, Lisbon, Canary Islands, Athens and Malta offices).
Manage and develop the Facilities team (3 coordinators), driving high performances and consistent service excellence across day-to-day operations, including Reception and Cleaning services.
Act as the primary point of contact for the Leadership Team (LT), providing regular updates and strategic advice on workplace, risk, and significant operational matters.
Ensure with the Facilities team all contractors, suppliers and partners operate in compliance with contractual terms, site procedures and regulatory requirements. And oversee the end-to-end delivery of facilities services, ensuring alignment with business objectives and operational excellence.
