Experteer Overview
In this role you lead a software development team in Barcelona to design and deliver core payroll platform components, replacing legacy systems to process pay for 1M+ employees across 60+ countries. You will align engineering work with customer needs and cross-functional partners, shaping a scalable, real-time payroll solution. You’ll drive roadmaps, set high standards, and mentor engineers to grow their skills and impact. This is a high-visibility, greenfield project with a mission to enable reliable, accurate pay at scale for Amazonians worldwide.
