Experteer Overview
In this role you lead technical change for one or more core banking applications and oversee their lifecycle. You ensure reliable operation via 2nd level support, manage incidents, and coordinate between incident managers, application owners, and IT/Business teams. You participate in on-call rotations and weekend releases, driving process optimization and documentation to support stable, scalable operations. You will work on operational projects for existing or new integrations, contributing to the bank’s reliability culture and efficiency.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Operate core banking applications and provide 2nd level support
• Process incidents from monitoring systems and service desk within SLAs
• Coordinate between incident managers, application owners, 3rd-level support, IT/Agile Teams, and stakeholders
• Take part in weekly on-call duties (24/7)
• Administer change requests for application processes
• Participate in periodic weekend releases




• Engage in operational projects for existing or newly integrated applications
• Perform routine data cleansing of systems
• Drive process optimization and automate repetitive tasks including handover to L1 (Control Center)
• Maintain up-to-date application operation documentation (knowledge base)

Responsabilidades
• Completed IT training or degree
• At least 2 years of professional experience in application support
• Good Unix know-how (shell scripting is advantageous)
• Knowledge of Windows Server OS
• Knowledge of Java application server / database / AWA advantageous
• ITIL Foundation certification
• Ideally banking experience and knowledge of financial products
• Process-oriented and analytical approach
• Strong team collaboration and communication skills
• Motivated, proactive, eager to learn
• Proficiency in English; German advantageous
