Experteer Overview
In this role you will steer Glovo Spain’s financial health and strategic direction as the key advisor to the General Manager. You’ll lead a high-performing finance team, partnering across operations, marketing, q-commerce, and commercial teams to ensure value generation from initiatives. You will own the Pu0026amp;L, budgeting, forecasting, and business case development, shaping expansion and optimization strategies. You’ll communicate performance insights to C‑level stakeholders and drive process improvements. This is a high-impact, entrepreneurial finance leadership opportunity in a fast-evolving market.

• Manage relationships with external auditors, administrations, and consultants
• Represent the country in international forums and contribute to Glovo’s global playbook

Responsabilidades
• 10-15+ years' experience in Finance or equivalent high-impact environments
• Senior leadership experience with full Pu0026L exposure and cross-functional business acumen
• Track record of leading high-performing teams and talent development
• Experience in high-growth, tech, e-commerce, FMCG or marketplace environments
• Background in CFO-track roles in fast-paced companies is a strong plus
• Fluency in Spanish and English
