What you will do

Propose an evolution plan of Powertrain units ensuring competitiveness and homologation compliance, answering Horse Customer Request and Long Term Strategy Plan

Ensure product plan conformity with respect to development process and company workload capacity





Get a validated Budget, in coherence with target values, maximizing synergies with customers and partners

Drive the first steps of validation for each Project in order to secure the start of development phase

Drive the market studies to support the mid-term & and long term product plan of the company

What we’re looking for

Master's Degree in Electronical/ Mechanical Engineering

Development: more than 10 years experience in powertrain development (design, tunning, software)

Project management: more than 5 years experience in powertrain management

Excellent command of English is a must
