Experteer Overview
In this role you support the Iberia wind energy sales effort by coordinating tailored technical and commercial bids. You work with cross-functional teams to translate customer needs into optimized solutions and ensure bids align with commercial objectives. You will manage proposal content, governance, and negotiations while maintaining accurate opportunity records in Salesforce. This is a chance to help advance renewable projects in Iberia within a global wind leader.

• Partner with Sales Managers to understand project requirements and develop tailored solutions
• Coordinate and prepare competitive bid proposals aligning with customer requirements and governance
• Develop optimized project configurations with technical, financial, construction, legal, and commercial stakeholders
• Conduct scoping, cost assessments, benchmarking, risk evaluations, and business case analyses for bid strategy
• Lead bid process across cross-functional teams and ensure timely deliverables
• Prepare, structure,



and maintain bid documents compliant with RFPs
• Support commercial negotiations and contract finalization with technical/commercial analysis
• Maintain opportunity records and sales documentation in Salesforce

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor in Engineering or related field; business/economics/finance considered
• Minimum 3 years in renewable energy, industrial equipment, or project-based commercial environments
• Experience supporting technical sales, bid management, or commercial project execution in a multinational setting
• Knowledge of commercial and technical evaluation processes for complex projects
• Experience coordinating across functions while managing multiple priorities
• Professional proficiency in English
